Daniel Garcia collection of LBJ images

Images consists of Dan meeting with Johnson as well as images of Johnson's visit to Cotulla in 1966. Also includes a group portrait from 1928 of LBJ with some of the students he taught.

Department of Computer Science proposal
Contents of two notebooks documenting the creation of the Computer Science department at Texas State, from early discussions to implementation. Bulk of materials are correspondence and draft proposals, with notes and occasional clippings. Of particular note is folder 1, Chronology of Approvals, that are single-page handwritten notes that begin with "Rejoice" and document the dates of required administrative approvals for the program.
Department of History oral history project
Nine oral history interviews conducted in 1991 with faculty members who had experience with the Department of History at Texas State University. The interviewees give accounts of curriculum changes, the University administration and the Department of History.
