The collection contains memorabilia related to Don Lucas' time as a student.

Historical print photographs covering many university related subjects, including campus buildings, student and staff portraits, student groups, and sports teams.

Collection contains records, correspondence, and meeting information from the Office of the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs. Includes meeting information from the President's Cabinet (2007-2019) and Council of Academic Deans (2012 – 2019).

Black and white photographic negatives used in the student yearbook, the Pedagog, and other university publications in the 1960s at Southwest Texas State College (now Texas State University). Subjects of the images include scenes of campus, faculty and staff portraits, sporting events, and student events including beauty pageants.

Inventory of scrapbooks created by dorm students living in Beretta, Brogdon and Laurel halls.

All of these collections have distinct provenances and date ranges. They were largely created by the News Service and University Marketing and our official university images.

Many of the negatives have envelope or roll numbers; there are gaps in the number ranges. See internal database for more details.
