Plans generally include a current assessment of the campus, including enrollment figures, building use statistics, and a list of current construction and renovation projects. Planning assumptions, budgets, planning constraints, and design guidelines are generally included. In 2003, the 100-acre Round Rock Campus received its own master plan. Arranged chronologically.

Dr. Jerome Supple was Southwest Texas State University’s (now Texas State University) eighth president from 1989-2002. Collection largely consists of awards and artifacts, with a small amount of personal papers, photographs, and collected clippings.
