Wilson Mathis Hudson Papers
The Wilson M. Hudson Papers date from 1913 to 1991 and comprise research material collected for (1) the biography of cowboy writer Andy Adams and (2) a study of J. Frank Dobie. The material consists of note cards, clippings, articles, photographs, correspondence, maps, manuscript drafts, and genealogical notes. There are also pamphlets and brochures from the Texas Folklore Society.

Ron Young, longtime music journalist, songwriter and, musician grew up in San Antonio, Texas, and was the founder and publisher of the pioneering indie music newspaper It’s Only Rock ’N’ Roll. The publication chronicled the rise of punk and New Wave music in San Antonio and Austin, as well as local and regional rock ’n’ roll, blues and heavy metal acts.
