Her archives are divided into 21 series, with Boxes 1 and 2 holding Series 1-20 and Series 21 contained in Box 3. The individual series are: 1) “Awards, Certificates”; 2) “Photos”; 3) “Letters and Cards to Nancy” (including signed letters and thank-you cards from Lady Bird Johnson and Ann Richards); 4) “Letters of Recommendation” (including one from Bill Wittliff); 5) “Austin Music Commission Papers”; 6) “Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA) Papers”; 7) “ABIA Performance Contracts”; 8) “Hire an Austin Musician Campaign”; 9) Stevie Ray Vaughan Memorial Papers”; 10) “Nancy’s Restaurant” (a collection of letters, press, and menus from Joplin’s restaurant venture, “Tizzy and Lizzy’s Johnson City Cafe”); 11) “Unsorted Other Papers (Personal and Work-Related)”; 12) “Press Clippings”; 13) “City of Austin Publications”; 14) “Event Programs” (including booklets from numerous Texas Heritage Songwriter’s Association Hall of Fame ceremonies, Austin City Limits tapings, and Delbert McClinton’s annual Sandy Beaches Cruise); 15) “Artist/Event Promo, Press Sheets, Flyers, Etc.”; 16) “Austin Chronicle Issues”; 17) “Lanyards and Passes”; 18) “Cardboard Fans”; 19) “Calendars”; 20) “Posters”; and 21) “Over-sized and Odd-sized Books, Plaques,and Awards,” including a gold-colored trophy from the 2020 Austin Music Awards for Coplin’s induction into the Music Industry Hall of Fame.
