Abstract
The archives of Austin music promoter Nancy Coplin comprise three boxes of personal papers, photographs, press clippings, event programs, posters, and awards, primarily dating from the early 1980s to 2020. The materials document Coplin’s four decades of work promoting the Austin music scene and the city’s broader tourism industry, including her involvement in establishing Austin’s official slogan, “Live Music Capital of the World.”
