University productions, circa 1970s
Scope and Contents
This series consists of set designs, drawings, and photos created by Flemming for SWT theater productions during his time as a faculty member at Southwest Texas State University. The bulk of the series consists of a design script for The Scarecrow (February 1976), featuring annotated script pages and sketches of sets and props. Also included are numerous set drawings for a production of Hamlet (April 1975) and dozens of set design photos for several productions taking place in the 1970s.
Dates for set photos have been inferred using a list of productions included in Flemming's resume.
