Biographical note

Charles Pascoe and the Department of Speech Communication and Theatre Arts production of "The Next Amendment," a play celebrating the 200th anniversary of the U.S. Constitution. The play was commissioned for the LBJ Lecture Series by University President Robert Hardesty.
