Included are photographs (including a photo of Bridger with Lady Bird Johnson); promotional material for A Ballad of the West; handwritten lyrics such as Heal in the Wisdom; and Bridger’s vinyl records of Merging of our Minds, And I Wanted to Sing for the People, and Heal in the Wisdom. Also, included in the collection is a screenplay for Shakespeare and the Indians.

This series is composed of material relating to Nelson's career as a singer, songwriter and performer. It contains Nelson's own song compositions, scripts for possible movie projects, letters to Nelson suggesting songs and other projects, and Nelson's tour itineraries. Of interest are Nelson's handwritten lyrics, some scribbled on paper scraps, napkins, and hotel stationery.

This series consists of bank records and a photograph from Joe Nick Patoski's music management business, Artist Development, Inc. This business existed from about 1985 to 1987, and managed several music groups including Joe "King" Carrasco, Dino Lee, and The True Believers. Patoski managed these groups while he was also working full-time at Texas Monthly.
