The Rolling Stone material is a sub-series containing mostly office memoranda, but also some humorous general correspondence and related ephemera. Series VI: Awards, 1979-2017, undated Boxes 181-192

Arranged alphabetically by award ceremony name, and then chronologically. Publicity material for music award ceremonies, such as the Grammys, Latin Grammys, Tejano Music Awards, and Noche de Fiesta Tejana comprise the bulk of this series. Of note are the business records of the Texas Talent Musicians Association as they created the Tejano Music Awards. Boxes 189-192 contain awards, arranged chronologically.

Series Description From the Series:

This series of subject files and artist files, made up of newspaper clippings, notes, interviews, photographs and ephemera, illustrates Patoski's many areas of interest and his research methods. Patoski wrote about and published pieces relating to many of the topics and people in the subject and artist files. Of particular note is the large amount on material on Joe "King" Carrasco and his band, who Patoski managed in the 1980s.

The interviews consist of conversations recorded on audio cassettes, both in person and by telephone. Some interviews have both audiotapes and transcriptions, while others exist only in one format or the other.
