Included in this donation are various music magazines that contain articles written by Brian Atkinson, interviews Atkinson conducted with musicians recorded on to audiocassettes, and a collection of badges and ticket stubs collected from numerous concerts.

Patoski wrote about and published pieces relating to many of the topics and people in the subject and artist files.
