Series Description From the Series: The Audio and Video Material Series includes recordings of interviews conducted by the authors for the Stevie Ray Vaughan biography, as well as earlier recordings of published interviews with Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jimmie Vaughan. Bootleg recordings of various Stevie Ray Vaughan bands, such as the Cobras and Double Trouble, are included in this series, ranging in date from 1975 to 1990, including Stevie Ray Vaughan's last performance. Series Description The series is composed of two sub-series Published and Unpublished material. Published material starts with the first short story Shrake published, in 1959, and ending with his last novel to be published, in 2006, this sub-series is arranged chronologically according to publication date. Scope and Contents From the Collection:

Variety of material including CDs, LPs, t-shirt and caps, posters, magazines, newspapers and newspaper clippings, drafts and manuscripts of work, photos, correspondence, music announcements and musician press kits, notes and notebooks, maps, brochures and other artifacts. Majority of material was not in files or labeled; file titles are in quotation marks when present.
