This collection contains material relating to Southwest Theatre Conference's (now Southwest Theatre Association) administration, annual conferences, correspondence along with the organization's publications, which include newsletters and journals.

This collection is divided into five series: newsletters; correspondence; theatre southwest journals; administrative documents; and annual conference material. This collection contains material relating to SWTC's administration, annual conferences, correspondence along with the organization's publications, which include newsletters and journals. Within each series, material is arranged chronologically.

Series comprises pamphlets, photographs, news clippings, and press releases related to the shows produced by the Theater Department between 1934-2012.
