Materials include: clippings, correspondence, court documents, police records, magazines, books, newspapers, manuscripts, audio and videocassettes, typed drafts, notes, thank you letters from children, photos, publicity materials, and various other research materials.

Works includes clippings of columns and reviews which Milner wrote during his days as a contributor to several newspapers, including the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, the Lufkin Daily News, and the Nacogdoches Daily Sentinel. The clippings are arranged in chronological order, and acid-free photocopies have been made of all clippings.
