Abstract

Reports prepared by Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) which list and summarize statistics on student enrollment by department, broken down by professor, courses taught, credit hours, and number of students enrolled. These reports are also known as "The 12th Class Day Report" or the "The 4th Class Day Report." Statistics for summer sessions are taken on the 4th day of classes, with fall and spring statistics taken on the 12th day of classes.

Scope and Contents The collection contains materials that were published weekly and then bimonthly by the Office of the President dated 1951-1981. The faculty bulletin provided faculty with official notices from the President, administrative offices, and department heads.
