Kyle, Henry C., 1986 October 20
Henry C. Kyle Jr. talks about his experiences with politics while serving in the 43rd legislature in the 1930s. He discusses the political atmosphere of Hays County from the 1930s through the 1950s. Mr. Kyle also compares his own political beliefs with U.S. presidents and some of the faculty members he knew at the university, including Prof. Green.

He recalls controversial school board elections and the McCrocklin case. Liddle discusses issues of academic freedom that certain professors, including Bill Emery, encountered.
