This series consists of promotional material from various radio stations, record labels, and other companies such as pens and pencils, keychains, and even maracas. There is also a considerable selection of promotional cups and mugs, many that commemorate concerts and festivals.
Promotional Materials, 1963-1978
This series has been arranged by the type of promotional material: ephemera, artist promotional material, and country music promotional material. Some of the material includes photo books with biographies of Country and Western music artists as well as artist books about Charley Pride, George Jones, and others.

Variety of material including CDs, LPs, t-shirt and caps, posters, magazines, newspapers and newspaper clippings, drafts and manuscripts of work, photos, correspondence, music announcements and musician press kits, notes and notebooks, maps, brochures and other artifacts. Majority of material was not in files or labeled; file titles are in quotation marks when present.

This series contains posters, programs, flyers, product tie-ins, photos, film pressbooks, articles, clippings, T-shirts, and jackets. The material provides a general picture of the marketing done for Nelson and his band. The product tie-ins with such brands as Wrangler jeans and Country Time lemonade make use of Nelson's popularity and country image.

Promotional Materials Trilogy in Repertory, 1999 - 2003
Archival materials relating to the career and personal life of musician/playwright/author, Bobby Bridger from 1944-2018. Included are photographs (including a photo of Bridger with Lady Bird Johnson); promotional material for A Ballad of the West; handwritten lyrics such as Heal in the Wisdom; and Bridger’s vinyl records of Merging of our Minds, And I Wanted to Sing for the People, and Heal in the Wisdom. Also, included in the collection is a screenplay for Shakespeare and the Indians.

Property Rights
This series of subject files and artist files, made up of newspaper clippings, notes, interviews, photographs and ephemera, illustrates Patoski's many areas of interest and his research methods. Patoski wrote about and published pieces relating to many of the topics and people in the subject and artist files. Of particular note is the large amount on material on Joe "King" Carrasco and his band, who Patoski managed in the 1980s.

Prose — five handwritten pages of an untitled short story
Series II, “Lyrics for Singles, Unrecorded Songs, and Unidentified Songs,” contains 94 folders of lyrics for released as singles or that have yet to be recorded or released. Songs are separated into their own folders, and labeled either by song title (if known) or by a key phrase or line that either “opens” the song or appear to be thematically significant.
