This series is composed of material relating to Nelson's career as a singer, songwriter and performer. It contains Nelson's own song compositions, scripts for possible movie projects, letters to Nelson suggesting songs and other projects, and Nelson's tour itineraries. Of interest are Nelson's handwritten lyrics, some scribbled on paper scraps, napkins, and hotel stationery.

Series I: Austin City Limits begins with Season 2 (1977) press packets and other promotional materials, articles and information about the early days of the television show. It continues with press packets from Seasons 3-10, 12-19, 24. Four large plastic displays including images of Austin City Limits stage, Johnny Cash in greenroom, other behind-the-scenes images round out the series.

The Photographs series contains photographs of Bob White, family and friends’ snapshots, and industry photographs. Of note are photographs of Bob White with Bob Wills and The Texas Playboys, Laura Lee McBride, Garth Brooks, and Clint Black. The series also includes candid photos of include White with the cast of The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, and his early days as a fiddle player.

The Ray Benson archive includes material documenting Benson’s music career from 1971-2017. Majority of the collection includes promotional articles, including an article from John Morthland; and awards. Included in the collection are photographs of Benson with President George W. Bush, Laura Bush, and others; Benson’s boots and concert jacket; and correspondence with Dolly Parton and others. The folder titles preceding a semicolon reflect Benson’s original descriptions.
