Archival materials following the life of Western writer, J. Evetts Haley, from 1926-2017. The collection contains some of his earliest works, manuscripts, magazine articles, news clippings, obituaries, and books written by his peers about Haley’s legacy. This collection was put together by his close friend, freelance writer, Mike Cox thus most of the books in the collection are signed.
The Woolmer Collection of Cormac McCarthy spans 1969-2006 and documents the professional and personal friendship between the book collector and McCarthy. The collection is arranged in four series: Correspondence, Writings by McCarthy, Writings about McCarthy, and Woolmer’s Bibliography Files.

The essays were edited by Edwin “Chip” Arnold and Dianne Luce, and appeared in Perspectives on Cormac McCarthy, the book version of the Southern Quarterly, published by the University Press of Mississippi, September 1993.
