"This is an ‘I met McCarthy’ piece I’d gotten from Jake Mills in ‘88 or early ‘89 - from a friend of his, as I remember. No idea about my Ritten house note. I have no rights, so it’s view only, and I send it only as I have no idea if anyone else has collected it. If they have (by way of the author) then this is best discarded. Early first - person will be the best there is in the long run, I think.
