Scope and Contents
Archival materials donated by Austin, Texas based author, music journalist and Grammy nominee, Michael Corcoran dating 1979-2017. This collection includes a large number of newspaper clippings, newspapers and magazines with articles written by Corcoran. Articles pertain to rock, punk and country music (notably SXSW) sports, dining, humor and true crime. Also included are research notes, manuscripts and interviews, photos, award and ephemera. Backlog includes books, vinyl, CDs. Titles preceding a semicolon reflect the Corcoran’s original titles.
