Scope and Contents
Photographs, Letters, files, and printed material provide a glimpse of Meaux’s work as DJ, producer, and music promoter. The only item relating to his criminal activities is a 2-volume transcript of his 1968 trial along with Charlie Booth for conspiracy to transport a fifteen and onehalf year old female in interstate commerce for the purposes of prostitution in violation of the Mann Act, Title 18 U.S.C. § 371, Title 18 U.S.C. § 2421. The case was tried before a jury and a verdict of guilty was returned.
