He talks about how he was afraid of failure and how it impacted his work.
Side B: Carroll Abbott discusses when JFK died and the relation to Hondo Crouch and his comedy. He discusses the impact JFK's death had on him. They discuss a story about him and Hondo in D.C. during a folk festival. They go through more stories and the interviewer gets clarification on them.
