The collection contains memorabilia related to Don Lucas' time as a student includes newspaper clippings, homecoming ribbons, and receipts. Especially notable are items related to Eleanor Roosevelt's 1957 lecture, which consists of a ticket to the event and an annotated lecture program. A freshman beanie, identifed by the words "Harris Hall," "Fish Don Lucas, Houston," and the letters "HH," is a noteable artifact from the 1950s.
