Scope and Contents
A symbol of fierce Bobcat pride, the Supercat logo has represented Texas State Athletics since student Brad Monk designed it in 2003. The Supercat logo is the latest in a long tradition of student involvment, with the football team adopting the name Bobcats in 1921, and student Beth Greenless winning a "Name the Bobcat" contest in 1964 with her entry of Boko. - From University Marketing Website
