Mule shoe, circa 1900-1940
Item — Box: 1
Scope and Contents
"I also have a mule-shoe that was excavated at the intersection of Aquarena/Sessom/University from behind the brick wall at about 8' depth. [The] Center for Archaeological Studies was conducting a dig in this area when the City of San Marcos wanted to tunnel under the oak tree for a sewer line. CAS cleared the city to begin the tunneling."
