The collection includes awards President Jerome Supple received, artifacts given to him, books, photographs of SWT events, videocassette tapes, a scrapbook of President Supple's investiture, and personal papers. The awards and artifacts make up the bulk of the collection. The art and artifacts consist of both originals and reproductions. Personal papers largely consists of clippings and ephemera Supple collected about major events surrounding SWT and the local community. It also contains a small amount of clippings from his time at Plattsburg state University College, as well as letters and notes sent to Supple and his wife Catherine (Cathy). This includes letters from the Johnson family. There are 7.5 inches of 4x6 colored photographs that are mostly unidentified. Photographs from same albums were kept together and labeled as a photograph group. Arrangement determined by type.
