Honors 3392D Undergraduate class oral history project Accrual A: Video tapes, audio tapes, and transcripts of interviews with U.S. combat veterans, conducted as part of an undergraduate honors class at Southwest Texas State University. Interviewees include officers and enlisted men representing Army, Air Force, and Marine involvement primarily in the Vietnam and Persian Gulf wars. In addition to relating their personal wartime experiences, the veterans offer their perceptions of events that were heavily reported in the U.S. news media, and comment on the political and social reasons behind the conflicts. Accrual B: Audio tapes and transcripts of interviews with U.S. veterans of the Vietnam war. Conducted as part of an undergraduate honors class at Southwest Texas State University. Accrual C: Audio tapes and transcripts of interviews with U.S. veterans of the Korean War and the conflict in Vietnam. Conducted as part of an undergraduate honors class at Southwest Texas State University.
